Our hotel is built like a normal house precisely to provide confidence and happiness to every pet. 

Our service will follow each customer’s routine, organizing every day according to the feeding scheme their pet is already used to. This helps reduce stress and anxiety when guardians are absent. 

Every care and attention is offered to the pets and any changes we may observe will be communicated immediately to their guardian, so we can better figure out a path or solution or even find veterinary care here in NYC, when necessary. This is one of the benefits we offer, because we have Uncle Sylvio, who’s a veterinary in Brazil, which provides even better security. We also offer a special hotel service for pets who are undergoing treatment and whose guardians are unable to administer medication, where we can provide that care. 

Our goal is for our furry friends to feel at home, at Uncle Sylvio’s home.
